It's 2 weeks into the New Year, and while your New Year's resolutions are still fresh, we thought it was time to ask you to make a pledge...

Almost 2 years ago now, Dr Andrew Murray set up a Challenge designed for EVERY Tribesports member, in fact, this Challenge is for every single person on the planet.

The Challenge is simple:

Do 30 minutes activity a day for a year - that's 1/48th of your day, every day - can you do it?Find your 30 minutes a day

Where a lot of people get put off with this Challenge is the idea of "Activity" meaning "Training" - sure, a high intensity interval session will count towards your 30 minutes, but so will walking the kids to school, taking the stairs, and any other physical activity which gets you moving!

Not only is physical activity linked with a plethora of physical health benefits, but also mental and social health too! Studies show that regular exercise can:

  • Reduce anxiety by 48%
  • Even light exercise can reduce depression by 30% (this increases to 47% with increased exercise)
  • Reduce the progression of dementia and alzheimers in older people by 50%

So it's not all about your physical fitness, exercise has been proven to be to the best preventative medicine available, and, what's more, it's absolutely free!
