5 New Challenges from this week: keep up with the latest ones!
Intense week of kickboxing - Continuing on the fighting theme of the week - there are lots of new kickboxing Challenges but for those who are already training it's time to up your game.
If you're a regular kickboxer then share your experiences and advice by creating guides to help people who are just starting out

Evening Prayer: 100 push ups & 100 sit ups before bed for 1 month - earn your good night's sleep with this hardcore Challenge from Terry M. He's set the Challenge for a set of 100 push ups and 100 sit ups with no breaks.
Not easy, but if it were easy we'd all look like that ---->If you're a fan of protein shakes then Terry reckons there's nothing better to wash down your pre-bed work out - warm milk and a cookie are so passé
Let's go clubbing - you are cordially invited to go clubbing with Stephem M, ok so it's not discoteching but it is the new trend in the fitness world: the clubbell.
Weighted with one end heavier than than the other - basically a caveman's club - this style of training takes after other trends in the fitness industry; go pre-historic or go home!
One of the rules of the Challenge is to get Stephen a free clubbell - a prize goes to anyone who does!
Brick Workout: 1k Swim 20k Cycle - great if you're working towards a triathlon, this is a training workout which gets you used to transitioning from one discipline to another; it's all very wel to be able to comfortably perform the swim, cycle and running legs of a triathlon but you have to be able to combine them!
It's best to practise in the same conditions the race will be so open water is prefered for the swim and for this Challenge you must cycle on the road not on an exercise bike, good luck!
Stair Running - kiss the elevator goodbye! This Challenge is all about stair running. The flight of stairs has to be at least 10 steps and you have to run it 10 times for the week - you could do it at work (warn co-workers of potential sweatiness/hazard on the stairs) or at home (toys/clothing should be cleared from landind and stairway)
Give it a go and see if it helps you in other sports too - high intensity workout working with body weight = perrrrrfect!
