It's AMRAP time! That means As Many Rounds As Possible for  15 minutes - how many will you complete?Litta Bitta Everythang

As with all Tribesports workouts, you can edit the reps to reflect your actual training - struggle with full push-ups? Remove them from the list and replace with modified (from knees) or incline push-ups - or perhaps you want to add a little resistance to the squats? It's easy to upgrade the workout too!

How to record your AMRAP Workout:

  1. Start Workout
  2. Edit to reflect your actual reps
  3. Repeat for number of times you completed the circuit
