Stretching is one of the most important post-workout activities which so often gets neglected - as any yogi will tell you, you can spot a runner, cyclist or strength trainer the second they step onto the mat!

So this week we're challenging you to Get Stretched: take 11.5 minutes out of your day to take on this stretching sequence. Make sure your muscles are warm first!
