Posted by National Fitness Campaign of NFC Fitness Court Challenge under Fitness & Training on 8 October 2014 at 11:00 PM

Tribesports have teamed up with the awesome team at National Fitness Campaign to help make fitness more accessible to everyone for free.

On October 25th, there will be an epic free event called the NFC Fitness Court Challenge - some of San Francisco's top trainers will be battling it out on the iconic Marina Green Fitness Court, showing that with your body weight and a little leverage, you can have an total body workout without spending a penny.

NFC Trainers - battle of the fitness court

It's not just the fitness professionals who will be breaking a sweat.

We are running the Tribesports Fitness Court Boot Camp - a free session which will be lead by a Barry's Bootcamp trainer to put all the attendees through their paces. There's a goody bag for each athlete who takes part in the bootcamp, so how about you come and show off your body weight exercise skills?

We'd love to see as many Tribesports members attending as possible, so please sign up to attend here:

National Fitness Campaign are a not-for-profit organisation which builds Fitness Courts for local communities. Each court features stations where you can work your body in different ways to achieve all-round fitness. NFC are currently fundraising to build more free fitness courts in more cities around the world.

Can't make the event?

No worries - you can take on this workout which is sure to get you sweating against the clock. It's a 7 minute circuit - each station requires 1 minute of that exercise. Log your reps, measure your progress and get fit for free.
