Power Legs Workout - Win prizes with this new Challenge!

Build power exercises into your routine and watch the results improve your running, cycling, lifting and much more!

We've teamed up with the great team at Men's Fitness who have put together this workout which is all about explosive power in your legs. There are 3 levels to the workout so it's adaptable to your level of fitness:

Power Legs Workout

  • Beginners - follow the reps marked with the green dot
  • Intermediate - follow the reps marked with the amber dot
  • Advanced - follow the reps marked with the red dot

This workout also comes with massive stash of prizes - all you have to do is take the Challenge - it really is that easy. Anyone who takes the Challenge between Wednesday 12th June to Midnight on Tuesday 18th will be a valid entry.
