Resistant Band Workout: Body weight exercises with a twist
Want to add more resistance into your workout but don't have access to weights? Time to get yourself a resistance band! This handy piece of workout equipment is cheap, compact and can be adjusted to make an exercise as easy or as hard as you like.
Resistance band workouts needn't be all about bicep curls either - you can use a resistance band to add extra resistance to almost any body weight movement and even use it to make the dreaded pull up a little easier!
