Fall has crept up on us, the triathletes are hanging up their swimming caps, the footballers are lacing up their boots and delicious autumn food is back on the table!

To celebrate the most delicious time of year, we've scoured the Tribesports blogger network for some of the best recipes for you to try this fall - from breakfast to dessert.

Breakfast

Pumpkin Pie Overnight Protein Oatmeal

This is an awesome way to start the day - combining the slow release energy of oatmeal with the vitamins and nutrients of pumpkin all topped of with a morning treat of honey!

This time of year really brings out the culinary creative side when it comes to smuggling pumpkin into different food! Check out Sarah's step-by-step video:

Lunch or dinner

Crockpot chicken and sweet potato curry

Crockpot Chicken, Chickpea, Sweet Potato
Autumn recipes don't have to be heavy! This curry is packed full of flavor, uses seasonal ingredients, really simple to cook AND isn't going sit in your stomach like a pile o' bricks. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Crock Pot Chicken Curry!

Sensual Appeal has loads of great recipes - so head on over there to get your fill of great seasonal food

Black bean and butternut squash burrito

Butternut squash burrito

Who's hungry? This recipe is a great way to get tons of seasonal veg all in one meal - the best part is that your leftovers from dinner will make a delicious salad topper for lunch the next day:

Salad with butternut squash burrito mix

Snack time

Protein donuts

Apple protein baked donuts

Big thanks go to Kammie G from Sensual Appeal for the apple-based seasonal donuts!

"Donuts?! Say WHAT?! They're so bad for you!!"

- not this way they're not! Baking rather than traditional frying will make this a treat without the guilt, there's also added protein so this can be used as a great post-workout refuel.
