Huge congratulations go to Jeconiah M - our third winner in the monthly #OwnYourMarks Competition! So what's the story behind this winning pic?

Jeconiah M running half marathon

This was actually my 5th Half Marathon. I ran my first back in September 2012. The weather was a bit overcast, just before the race started...with a slight drizzle. (The climate is usually HOT on race days, so I wasn't complaining). The weather remained that way, until I reached the 9th. Mile, of the race.

That's when the sun came out, in all its...

Tribesports User of the Week: Pronsias (Frank) M

Pronsiasm Frank MWhat has been your toughest Tribesports Challenge and which are you most proud of?

There are many tough Challenges here on TS………. For a long time burpees were my dreaded exercise followed by mountain climbers, but by participating in TS Challenges  I found they did become easier, of course a lot of support was greatly appreciated by various TS people. To rid me of this empty void within my heart and soul, I brainwashed myself into thinking that food was my only comfort in life. My hatred towards myself became so strong that I was completely oblivious to th...

Tribesports User of the Week: Michelle N

Michelle profileWhich Tribesports Challenge has been your toughest and which are you most proud of?

I love doing your challenges on Tribesport, It really does keep you motivated and entertained during any fitness or diet program that you are doing. I feel the toughest challenge for me is getting the proper amount of sleep consecutively. It sounds so simple until you actually try for 7 days in a row. Another would be some of the poses.. wall squats, standing in a corner on one leg with your eyes closed, adva...
