adriano profileWhich Tribesports Challenge has been your toughest and which are you most proud of?

12,500 Push Ups in a month has been the toughest and most gratifying challenge.  I started the month with a set plan of  420 push ups a day but quickly realized it would be better to over shoot the number to allow for rest days.  

5 minute Plank was a killer. For a long time I could only get a few seconds past the 2 minute mark till my body wanted to collapse.  

30 days with out chocolate was another tough...

Pronsiasm Frank MWhat has been your toughest Tribesports Challenge and which are you most proud of?

There are many tough Challenges here on TS………. For a long time burpees were my dreaded exercise followed by mountain climbers, but by participating in TS Challenges  I found they did become easier, of course a lot of support was greatly appreciated by various TS people. My toughest Challenge at the moment is doing 20 non-stop pull-ups, I can do 12 easily, when I hit 15 the challenge hits me, but I will prevail...

Trail Walking 100km in 30 hours - now that’s an epic Gurkha challenge

How many once in a lifetimes can you have? There are lots of challenges that claim to be one - but what is that really? A marathon? A skydive? 

Really it’s about doing something awesome. Going beyond your comfort zone and pushing your body to the extreme. That’ll be different for each person, but when you really do have a once in a lifetime experience there’s nothing more exhilarating. 

The Gurkhas are used to being challenged physically, but even they need to push themselves. Trail walking...
