I don't know what it is about these high rep challenges that attracts me, they always seem like a good idea at the time.

Although I'm proud of completing both of these challenges, the one that I'm most proud of is holding a 5 minu...

Jarod CWhich Tribesports Challenge has been your toughest and which are you most proud of?

The toughest challenge I’ve done would have to be the Insanity program.  This program broke me down and showed me what I was really made of.  I had done other programs such as P90X and P90X2 and they were tough but Insanity brought me to the breaking point.  The cardio intervals really helped me with my mental toughness, which brings me into the challenge I’m most proud of - complete my first triathlon.  Thi...
