Team Challenges for all of Tribesports

Let's see the awesome power of teamwork on Tribesports.
These Challenges are designed for us to contribute to and complete together as a team!
If you can then please give us some squats, push-ups, pull-ups or plank for our team effort/
Remember: there's no 'i' in Tribesports....oh wait...

Why are we asking you to do it? Quite simply there's something truly beautiful about the fact that Tribesports is currently being used in over one hundred countries around the world; we wanted to organise a giant party to celebrate but airfares would be astronomical! Instead we're setting Team Challenges which anyone can contribute to from anywhere in world. Together we can do it!

So what are these Challenges you ask? Well there are some big numbers we want to hit in the next 50 days so here goes:

100,000 Team Push-ups - drop and give me 20 (or more) towards our goal! In the first day we smashed out over 1000 push-ups but we need to up our game if we're going to complete all 100,000 by 1st July!

1000 minutes of Team Planking - we need more plankers! Donate 2 minutes of your time to Team Tribesports Planking and add them to our total, so far we've got the ball rolling but let's smash this Challenge by planking all over the world!

100,000 Team Squats - get up from your desk and squat like your life depends on it!

We had over 1000 in the first 24 hours, let's see who can squat in the most obscure locations; on the bus, top of a mountain, where will you get your squats in?

1000 Team Pull-ups - are you brave enough to take on the pull-ups? Possibly our hardest of all the Team Challenges but we can do it! Contribute as many as you can, whether it's 1 or 100 they all add up! Check out this Guide on the biomechanics and technique of the perfect pull-up and chin-up.
