The Christmas Tree Workout

Workout creator Patty R who runs the Reach Your Peak site says:

This workout seems simple at first glance, but it will have you sweating! I created a full-body workout that also incorporates cardio. Plus, the cardio portions (burpees, jumping jacks and twist jumps) are using your whole body as well! You don't need any equipment, but feel free to use dumbbells if you want to make certain moves, like the lunges, more challenging.

This is a great workout if you're short on time and want to just do 1 round, or you can do 4-6 rounds when you want more of an interval style workout for the day. Setting up the intervals in a form of a pyramid makes it easy for you to follow, and hits every major muscle group. If you're doing more than 1 round, take a 30-60 second break before repeating.
