I have made similar observations... having gone from a regular (almost daily) contributor ranked somewhere in the 300s, I took a hiatus for about a year, with occasional posts and training logs and dropped down to the mid-400s. This was reasonable. But I have been logging training and re-engaging with various challenges, tribes, and communities at least 3 or 4 times a week for the past two months and in that time I've only moved up 4 ranking places. At first I figured I just needed to keep plugging away, but my ranking hasn't changed *at all* in the past four weeks - of the 10 users ranked immediately above me, only 2 have been active this month, 4 have been active in the last 2-6 months, 1 hasn't been on for 9 months, and 3 haven't been active in over a year. What gives?
