Hardest are any of the burpee and pushup ones as I can't say I enjoy either of these 2 exercises much so I endure rather than enjoy these. I will keep going with them and might come to enjoy them (stranger things have happened). Favourite is hard, really enjoyed the 40 sit ups every 10 minutes for an hour and also the Road work series for getting me moving.
Which exercise do you most want to improve on?
Constantly striving for improvement in all areas, really want to be able to complete some of the pull up challenges so this is perhaps the one I would most like to improve.

2013 is full of big Challenges for you - from an epic cycle ride to a half marathon, which one are you most excited for?
Looking forward to them all, the diary is getting fuller than ever with the 1/2 marathon, three 10kms and the 250 mile bike ride already penned into the diary. The 1/2 marathon will certainly challenge me so I'm looking forward to that and the bike ride is all about raising money for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance; this is the third year I have taken part, I'm really looking forward to meeting the old friends I've made there and spending time on the bikes again. Also heard that Tough Mudder is coming to Yorkshire in September so hoping to enter that as well. In fact, I'm having to fit my holiday plans around my events diary which is great.
Love your cycle to work photo - how far is the commute?
Unforunately not as far as I would like, it's only 3 miles although a nice up hill on the way home and it is enough to get my heart beat going which is the main thing.
How did you find having a personal trainer changed the way you trained? Are you still using one now?
I started working with Chris a couple of months ago and unfortunately due to finances and time I can only work with him once a fortnight, if time/ money permitted I would ideally like to work with him two to three times a week, he pushes me more than I used to push myself and has reinvigorated my workouts. I even managed to talk him in to doing the cycle ride in May, so hoping I might get my own back a little! Seriously though he is great and I really feel the benefit, he pushes me to the point where I think I am going to be sick. Now I have hundreds of personal trainers as well since joining TS and taking all the Challenges.
What was your favourite part of 2012?
I think it has to be doing the Coast to Coast cycle ride in summer with a friend, beautiful scenery and great company and finding out that I had got UOTW, just about picked myself up from the floor 6 hours or so after getting the news!

This is the hardest question ever to answer and I am unsure I can answer it without giving you about 30 names, you all make my day and some of you are true legends, I have really bonded with some of you though and really hope to meet some of you in person in 2013
