Simple Core Stength

We caught up with Vylisa to find out a little more about her and her great workout:

Vylisa How long does the Simple Core Strength workout usually take you?

This normally takes me 16-18 minutes, not including cooldown/stretch. I normally do a core workout like this after my main cardio sets, about once or twice a week.

Which part do you find the toughest?

Definetely the burpees!

Do you prefer working out first-thing in the morning or later on in the day?

I'm an evening workout type. I do my thing after my son's in bed.

What's your favourite post-workout snack?

Yoghurt. Preferrably Greek or a thick and creamy kind.

What's your big goal for 2013?

To get a six pack!

She's off to a great start with her dedication to training and also working towards becoming a fitness instructor!
