Yoga stretches for runners: recover and improve with these postures

Rebecca Pacheco shows you a great sequence of post-run postures - check out the Yoga for runners Tribe to get even more ideas of good ways to keep flexible when upping your mileage on the road.

Check out the stretches in Challenges and make sure you're doing them regularly to avoid injury and increase your flexibility!

    Ace videa, very descriptive and easy to follow especially for folks who are not 'yoga' minded like myself. I have given myself the aim of completing this sequence of stretches every day for the next 7 days. Hoping to see a difference for my half marathon on Sunday! Thanks for this, timing couldn't have been better!
