Zombie Survival: Be Fit, Stay Human

There are 2 questions you should ask yourself when preparing to face zombies:

  1. Have you ever seen a zombie jump?
  2. Have you ever seen a zombie swim?

Now, swimming is a tricky one, as you never know if they secretly can swim (in which case, the escape-to-sea plan could get you in SERIOUS trouble) but jumping and climbing out of harm's way - there's something you can train for!Zombie Survival: Exercise Circuit
