Zombie Survival Under Siege Workout

The zombies have you surrounded. You've found a safe haven in the chaos but you don't know how long it will last. So what do you do?

First off, check on your supplies, how long can you stay here before you'll be starved out? If you think you can sit tight and survive for a while, take a breather - you can't be battling the undead all the time. BUT now is not the time to be slacking, turning into a couch potato isn't going to help your chances if the horde breaks in and you need to make a run for it - make sure you're fitter when you leave than when you arrived.
