If you've chosen option 1: sucks to be you - you're a goner!

However, if you're an option 2 or 3 kinda person, then this workout is perfect preparation for giving you the best chances of survival! If you are running from a Zombie or fighting one off you have to be in great cardio shape, have explosive power and tremendous strength. That's where our trusty friend the kettlebell comes in...
