I would Loretta but I'm going on holiday next week for 3 weeks and whilst I will still exercise I can't guarantee I can get this done everyday - especially with 4 of us in a tiny hotel room for a few days with lots of sightseeing to do. You also do my OCD no good by starting 30 day challenges half way through the month. How about we start this in September and I'll be with you all the way?

But why don't you pick another 30 day challenge and we do that one together starting 1st September. Not too much leg involvement though as I still have a few 100km cycling sportives in September.
