SPORTS EVENT FOR EVERYONE- A new and exciting athletic challenge launches on 09/09/12. Groups and individuals will embark on a 50 day athletic challenge; running, jog, walk or cycle 5 km a day for 50 continuous days. An online community that will help bring everyone, from couch potatoes to marathon runners, together to achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle.

  1. No cheating you are only cheating yourself 5k MUST be completed by mixing the options each day for 50 days from 09/09/12
  2. Enjoy! Change habits for a lifetime.
  3. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

“I love to run and bike, so this was a challenge I enjoyed. I did have a respiratory illness and substituted yoga for two days, but to me that is respecting my body, not cheating. Otherwise, I did at least a 5k for 50 days. Thanks for the idea!!”
