Bottoms up clean and press

As a follow on to the bottoms up clean challenge, add a press and really work that upper body!

Do 10 on each arm.

Bottoms up clean and press Challenge rules

  1. Use a suitable weight - one that is challenging but that will also enable you to maintain good form throughout.
  2. Mind your face! Be ready to catch with your other hand if necessary.
  3. If you've not done these before, practice somewhere that you can happily drop the weight if it starts to topple. Mind your knees and toes, and your arms if this happens.
  4. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
