Russ B Not a challenge I can take since I set one up even before I stumbled on Tribesports - very basic, days across the top, routines, exercises down the side, and a running sum of what's been done. But I would thoroughly recommend keeping a spreadsheet - particularly for tracking that you're doing the daily needed for those "every day" challenges. When I take one of those, I simply colour ahead the number of days needed, so I can see at a glance each evening what I should do today. Also, can keep track of things you do that aren't on TS, and can regularly check progress - how many since starting..., this month..., at weekends... etc. A great motivator. :)
Inspired by another TS user @lucasm, I started to keep track of my challenges in a spreadsheet. Since then the challenges that I have taken up have been much easier to track. I'd recommend that all TS users do this aswell!

- Create a spreadsheet
- Keep track of the progress of your TS challenges
- Thank @lucasm!
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
“Couldn't be without it. I enter the challenges as I take them, added a column for DAYS and a filter, then every evening I print out a sheet of challenges for the next day and work my way down the list after my training. ”

Kandice K This is definitely a great way to keep track of any progress that is made! I recommend this to everyone, especially if you are working on more than one challenge at a time!! :-) Love organizing and working out why not put them together! :-))))
Loren O My spreadsheet. I've broken out whether it's an exercise (daily or once), general, race, etc.. I put it on Google Docs so I can access it anywhere.
Claire R really good idea, have now got a plan to do a circuit tonight that will complete a load of challenges in 1 go, and spotted a number of challenges I'd already completed
Jovz H started my spreadsheet this month... had to print it though to acess it faster then update my spreadsheet weekly in the computer rather than daily....
Baldy John - job done....simple but will do the job......3 tabs
1. to do
2. Active Challenges
3. Completed challenges (from now on)
Zachary M encouraged this.
Jan M It s a bonza of an idea I have managed to pencil my activities down on paper but think this is a better way to do it. Simples!
Vaunette C I don't use a spreadsheet, I use a calendar and different colored markers to track my challenges. Does that count?
Ramon F created the Create a spreadsheet to keep track of your challenges Challenge
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
