I would start with assisted chin ups. Since the grip is closer,they will be easier than pull ups. Also, you can do inverted rows with your feet on a Bosu ball for added difficulty so you can build some strength. You can also do a few back exercises heavier then your usual. 10 reps is best to build strength. You can also hold the position for a few seconds on top after each inverted rows. That way you will build strength quickly. Pull ups is a hard exercise. I worked so hard on them and i can only do 10 clean ones in one go.I won't give up!!! Still working on them. That is very helpful Maryse. I will incorporate the Bosu inverted rows and also to use heavier than usual weights. I need to finish my current program and then I'll do it for a few weeks. Thanks a lot and I will let you know how I get on :))
