This challenge is to get you doing your daily push up but rather the traditional basic and increasing numbers of them. Doing sets of different push ups, for example, basic,hands & elbows tight to sides, hands inline with solar plexus "fingers & Thumbs touching" push ups on finger tips, knuckle push ups, one arm push ups. You could even search different variations online the list is endless.

Experiment with different push ups, doing at least 10 of each Challenge rules

  1. Go down to 1 inch of the floor do not let chest touch the floor
  2. Go all the way up
  3. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
