Hold a handstand for 15 seconds

This is the ultimate test of balance, strength and endurance. The aim is to hold the basic handstand pose for 15 seconds or longer without the aid of a wall. Remember your legs need to remain completely straight throughout to complete this challenge.

I use the wall for assistance to build endurance in my shoulders. I then let my feet leave the wall to practice balance and then fall back into the wall when needed.  I also practice the kick up into the wall and try to stop before touching it.

One really good way to build up endurance and balance is to kick up slowly to almost handstands and then with practice, full handstands which also improves your wrist strenght and control. I hope this helps :))
