Planking Frog Tucks - 1 minute

Ribbit .... ribbit :)

Start in the high plank position, your body straight from shoulders to heels.

Bring your right foot forward and place it next to your right hand - or as close as you can. Try not to let your hips sag or rise.
Return your leg to the starting position and repeat with the left for one rep.
Repeat for 1 minute ....

Sounds good Tilda, I had fun being a frog, it's an interesting move! You might have to remind me. I currently have one I repeat every month (without practising in-between) just to see the improvement - How much can you curl in 20min?
