If you are a beginner runner, or running your first 10k, and want to add a time goal to your run then this is the challenge for you. Aim to run a 10k in under 60 minutes in order to complete this challenge. Try it at a race, on the treadmill, or even when training on the streets.

Chris D Not only did I run my first 10K today, Garmin says I did it in 57:58. Cant wait to see what my race time might be with more training.
Daniel E 53 odd minutes for this one. (11.07km in 58.08), would have preferred to get it in under 50 mins, maybe when the weather is less hostile.

Beth H I have gotten a little behind on finishing & updating my challenges. Last year I had a crazy race season completing 6 5k, 3 10ks & 2 1/2 marathons.
My times for my 10ks were 50:00 flat, then 48:50, then 47:58!!
Alex D Do not expect to get this today but taking it to work towards as part of my recovery. Just want to finish my race tonight and then I can work on times!
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
