This one might be a doddle for most of you, but this is by far my biggest challenge. Working my way up to sleeping through the entire night. Working pretty hard at it now, but this challenge on TS is going to help me loads. Come on, join me - lets do this together!
Sleep all night long Challenge rules
- Entire night is defined as 19:30/20:00-06:00/07:00
- Waking once for loo break/milk feed is optional
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

Mel M Yahooooo!!! Since regatta is over and there's no training yet, I had 8hrs quality sleep for 3days in a row.. 9PM to 5AM.. I'm so lovin' my nightlife.. LOL.. d[^_^]b
Mel M I'm not sure if I'm going to complete or continue this challenge. Though I sleep early, that is 9PM everyday, but I usually wake up at 3AM for my early morning (dragonboat) trainings. It's a quality 6hrs sleep though. d[^_^]b
Eliza K My body really needed good rest. I fell asleep at about 18:30 and woke up at 7:30 :)

Dee D so far with this challenge I realized how much I was of sleep deprived. I was sleeping at least 3-5 hours daily. Making sure my house was fully clean before I go to bed which would be around 12-1am to wake up the next day at 5:20 am to make breakfast for my family before their day began. Now I go to bed no later then 10:30 and still wake up at 5:20 which is 7 hours of sleep. There has been times that I would not fall asleep right away however I am resting my body and I needed that. Thank you for this challenge. This is my sixth day and it will be a challenge I will not end. Thank you
Callie C I had achieved this but need to unachieve and re do:) nearly three year old has taken back to climbing back into our bed every night!
