This is a drill recommended by @kday, it is perfect for improving your sprint times for big competitions:
To start with warm - Kevin recommends at least 2000m in various strokes
Then start your freestyle sprints - 20 x 12.5m: Odds are easy, evens are full-out

  1. Warm up with cardio training first
  2. 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 17th, 19th lengths are easy
  3. 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th, 20th lengths are all-out
  4. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
