hi everyone! Joann here!....I have on ts for about a year now....i have one marathon under my belt (participated in 2 but only finished one) numerous other races and such....but after the last marathon suffered injury, changed positions at work which is physically challenging, which added to injury....so i've been working on the rest of me to help strengthen my running and make my job physically easier....now the injury happened in may....changed position at work in June....so about that time I have been working my butt off (as much as body will let me) and I took the 90 day challenge to boot....I recently took the 30 day update....and I got bummed....all that work and I am not seeing the changes yet....(apparently James & Tye (my son) can but i'm not seeing them)....I know what I want to achieve and I know it takes time....and man, they weren't kidding when they said blood, sweat, and tears....I'm not giving up....I AM CAPABLE OF GREAT THINGS.....THINGS I HAVE ONLY DREAMED OF...SOME OF WHICH I HAVE MADE REALITY & BY GOD! I AM NOT DONE YET!

Hi all... Great idea for a tribe... Great word "Moxy". I must use that since I have often been accused of having to much of it lol Everyone have a great day and keep challenging yourself

I hear you on all that Joanna I took wish I could see some results. My boyfriend says he does and says he sees a change in me that is great! I do feel Ihave changed a good amount and I feel great about it. It does take one day at a time tho. This is a new lifestyle and I'm ready to take it on!

My husband sees gains in me after workouts I don't always see it's definitely a long term thing but I feel great in the mean time :)
