Contributorgold Jeffrey S Completed several times over. I have been doing this almost everyday Monday through Friday since the new year (2014). I teach K-8 physical education and we do this as part of our warm-ups, usually in reps of 25 of each exercise. We also do various TS challenges like the core challenge and tone up tight challenge.

Check in: I long since finished the two weeks of this challenge, but opted to continue with this regime as a part of my daily/weekly fitness maintenance.

All I can say is WOW! I haven't looked and felt this healthy since my university days rowing...
