I have the Madness RTS. Very fast bow and really like it. I am quite fond of my old pearson though. I've had it for 30 years now and it still shoots great. Its a slow bow, but deadly.

Contributorgold Warren K Lunchtime workout - 25 minutes. 110 kg bench press - 4 sets, 8 reps. Machine chest press 90kg - 4 sets, 10 reps. Paralell bar dips - 4 sets, 12 reps. Machine butterfly press 70kg - 4 sets, 6 reps.
