Shelly W I am starting the 30 day Guns, Buns and Abs challenge with my friend. My knees have always been on the weak side and it's hard for me to do squats and lunges. I want to be able to do these types of exercises because I have flabby/heavy legs, thighs and saddle bags and I know these will help with that. Does anyone have a suggestin on how I can achieve this? Would it help if I used some type of knee support or brace? Any advice would be great. .. thanks!

Stretching BEFORE exercise is not advised IF you have not previously "warmed-up". Changing shoes might help as will having your TECHNIQUE of running analyzed. Many running boutiques offer this service. Good luck.
