I wear a cap or visor to keep the rain off my specs and always have a clean (hopefully dry) tissue in my pocket to wipe any drops.   As for the steaming up - tissue is the only answer.

Lindy S Bad Weather? Still Training! Tribe

I can't wear contact lenses any more, so tonight I was running in the rain and dark, and it got very difficult to see where I was going! Luckily, I know my local Country Park really well.

Rain, wind, sleet, cold or snow.. Those just feel like nature's challenge to me :) I'm probably mad as a hatter but all those bring out the "COME ON! Is that the best you've got?"-feeling when I do my runs and gives you a great sense of achievemen...

Stevan P Bad Weather? Still Training! Tribe

Contributorgold Stevan P Training through bad weather is necessary for one to reach "No excuses" attitude. When you realize that rain, wind, snow, sun, fog or any other weather issue can't stop you, then you are unstoppable and you can make no excuses.

Terry G Bad Weather? Still Training! Tribe

Contributorgold Terry G 20 degree F wind chill, wind driven sleet like little knives slicing my face, but that just drives me harder to succeed. I used to bike in that weather back in Canada. I started a C25K program and I'm NOT going to stop because of a little weather. I'm into week 6 and I'm going to get it done.
