Nicole H Beginners guide to fitness Tribe

Nicole H I am 3 yrs away from 40, prior to this year I have been at a certain weight. I have put on a couple pounds recently mostly around my mid section. I am also looking into eating healthier. What do you'll suggest I start doing to get on the road to exercising and having a totally healthy body?

Sumit G Beginners guide to fitness Tribe

Contributorsilver Sumit G Signed up for 5k relay run which will be in next 20 days. As a team of 4, we have to cover 20k. I don't want to be the laggard of the team. Any tips for improvement in time. Currently I can do 5k in 40 mins but will like to do in 30 mins without any walk breaks.
