Contributorgold Lucille A Two weeks post-breast cancer surgery, I did two 3-mile walks, and I am back to TRX. (Surgery was successful.) Next I is getting back to jogging. I am trying to make the most of these few weeks before chemo starts. All advice welcome!

I am so proud of you - You have just humbled me. For your chemo, please please please find a naturopath that will give you IV Vitamin C injections during your Chemo. Ièll find the articles but thereès research to show that it stops the cancer! Best of fortune and may the Gods of Health bless you with pure recovery. Hugs my friend!
