Coffee Break Fitness Tribe

Work from home? If you're like me you take a break every hour for a coffee, a comfort break, to let the dog out for a comfort break, to pull the dog off the postman, etc. I try to drop and do 30+ push-ups or maybe 60 kettlebell swings each time I take a quick break. It only takes a couple of minutes. As a result every day I manage to do a sizeable quantity and burn off a healthy quota of calories. Let us know what you can do pre coffee.

Contributorsilver Tony H Welcome Anna Ruth the latest member here. A 2.5 hour siesta sounds great to us in cold wet North East England. I work from home most of the time in an attic with no window (cue the violins) but manage to get a workout over the course of a day in a space about 2.5m x 2m. Squats, push-ups, kettlebell swings and planks. Having said that, I've started to get lots of other good ideas from my 3 days as a member here.
