Ramon F Convict Conditioning Tribe

Contributorgold Ramon F Adding the Veterano CC routine to my exercise routine today. First week or two will be to slowly build up in order to gauge my current abilities and limits :

Monday : Pull-ups (2-3 work sets)
Tuesday : Bridges (2-3 work sets)
Wednesday : Handstand push-ups (2-3 work sets)
Thursday : Leg Raises (2-3 work sets)
Friday : Squats (2-3 work sets)
Saturday : Push-ups (2-3 work sets)
Sunday : Off

Contributorgold Ramon F I picked up the book a few days ago and I don't think I have ever agreed with a fitness book more than this one! I'm thinking of adding the 'Veterano' routine to my daily workouts once my Freeletics (Freeletics) Hell Week is over.

Contributorgold Ramon F @inari, just an idea.. why don't you create a guide here and add all the links to the big six challenges that you are creating? It will be much easier to find the challenges that way :)

No worries! Glad you enjoyed it! I plan to take the challenges once they are all up as a few of the big six are my long-term goals.. and the challenges will make sure that I keep progressing. Thanks for that! :)
