First, I guess, I'm following a cross plan of Weight Watchers and calorie counting. I've found yogurt (Greek, too) to be what saves me when I get really hungry. I look at it as eating a bowl of pudding. Also, there are so many foods I can't eat (fruit for example) that I've found that I can get baby food for those things I need and eat that for my serving. My stomach gets really grumpy when I eat many different foods. It's great to have that little hint to help me out.
