I find that when I want to do something, particularly gym work (which I have to do for my physio), I tend to talk myself out of it, because I struggle with people. Even when I want to go, I find it hard to, and then end up being cranky with myself for a lost opportunity. I try to just power through it, but it's a less than 50% chance it will work. so yeah. ideas?
