Contributorgold Mirja E As my birthday is in June, my promise usually is to have good beach form... But I usually keep falling off the wagon or just thinking, there is plenty of time... This year I have started working on yet another promise right in the middle of season mentioned and I will kick and fight the lazyness with all my might and I WILL get in the best shape I have EVER been in my life this time!!! Bc thanks to all you guys, there is no way I can fall off the wagon - your encouragements are like superglue ;-)

Contributorbronze Jenni W I just joined the tribe, what's funny is that my birthday is just in a couple of weeks. Growing up I was constantly running and playing; especially sports the only girl in a family where all of the cousins and my only sibling were all boys you learn to play sports just as hard as them or get eaten alive, lol. Medications I had to start taking caused my metabolism to slow down drastically. Ever since then I have had to struggle to lose weight; and because the weight was difficult to lose, I began to emotional eat. Because my husband and I are wanting to both get healthier so we can start a family and just enjoy life more well... here I am :)

Azucena M DON'T SPEND ANOTHER BIRTHDAY OUT OF SHAPE OR OVER WEIGHT Tribe

Contributorgold Azucena M I've got until December 2 to achieve this goal. I want to be in the best shape I've ever been in. My goals are to complete a 5k race, lose another 20-25 lbs, and build some muscle :) I'm off to a good start and I'm hoping to stay motivated through tribesports :D

I'm having the most trouble with my diet because I am addicted to sweets and right now I'm moving around between 3 houses, working, and going to school so I don't always have the time to eat right and workout. But I'm doing my best and trying to get my cousin to join me so I can have a partner to keep motivated with. The challenges do help to keep me going and giving as much as I can right now but in a couple of weeks I'll be finishing school so I can focus more on working out :)

It is always great to have time to take care of yourself! I've been shopping at Trader Joe's a lot and love eating organic :) I just hope to improve my diet overall and improve my bad habits. Thanks for chatting with me! I'll keep you posted :D
