Contributorgold Fit Wasted . Ginger & Lemon Detox Tea:

-4-5 slices of fresh ginger root
-1-2 lemon wegdes-honey (optional)

-bring 1 1/2 – 2 cups of water to a boil
-add ginger slices and boil for 8-10 minutes
-stir in lemon juice and honey
-pour and serve


Tried this and it's lovely, thanks for the recipe, omitted the honey. Will check out your blog soon :)
