Contributorgold Graham H i have done a 16 minute tabata in mma training, we do 8 rounds of 20 sec on 10 sec off then moving to next exercise another 8 etc, so only 4 exercises and i was ready to puke - tuck jumps, leg raises, jumping lunges, pressups loved it

Lunges, squats, a few Hindu push ups and whichever holds I may have for the day-such as wall squat or Superman. Helps loosen me up.

Heike G Have you tried this- set a timer, then do 5 burpees every minute- recover between the time you finish and next minute starts- do this for 10 minutes. Sounds easy but it's really hard towards the end!

Kim D Fit for Life in Fifteen Minutes a Day Tribe

Kim D I am always really busy as i do have 2 young children at home. I find new ways to keep them busy aswell as myself. I like to do anything to keep my busy & same with them. I am always running around playing with me kids & doing all sorts of run stuff with them. I am right now doing a program at home for dancing & will be adding in another workout soon, as i like to have myself sweat during workouts!
