Hi everyone,

If you are doing all you can to be fit and it is going good or bad for you here are some tips that would get going or speed up the process. I will try to post videos on most of the important topics and anwser your questions the best that I can. You will be happy with yourself and always test yourself for more. I am an extremist and a perfectionist so if you follow my lead I will do my best for you to be satisfied.

100% agrre with douglas G but remember better results for abs make sure you alternate the situps and crunches, planks etc... include some twisting action which will build  the obliques which will stabilise your core...

unfortunately sit ups and crunchs alone won't bring those abs out. If you want to see your abs you are going to have to reduce your body fat percentage. The best way to do that is through healthy eating and exercise

Nice suggestions, and I wish it could be that easy, expecially looking at your abd... in fact, I use to go to the gym during my lunch break and even if I have 2 hours time would never be enough, because I have my schedule too :)
