Contributorbronze Tony L 300 work out today did'nt time it forgot, 50 burpees, 50 kettle bell swings, 50 snatches, 50 clean and press 50 mountain climbers, 50 v sits. (snatches and clean and press 25 each arm) swing, cleans and snatches done with 20kg kettlebell

Contributorbronze Tony L been doing some PT, in the local park 102 steps to run up, 4 times, now that was a great work out, legs like jelly, certainly feel it today as does my client, does anyone have any steps like that near to were they live, if so get on its a brilliant way to challenge yourself
