Alan S Fortysomething Tribe

Contributorgold Alan S I am 40 years old, and like most in this tribe feel a lot healthier and fitter than I was in my 20s. At times in my 30s I was fit, but my fitness now is a lot broader rather than being focused on just one activity. I have two young children and wanting to set a great example to them motivates me to keep going. As such, I hope and expect to get fitter as I travel through my 40s.

Aaron  G Fortysomething Tribe

Contributorgold Aaron G Turned 46 on April 9th. My main goal this year is to get under 200lbs. I havent been under 200lbs since my early 30's. I was at 228 at the beginning of the year now I'm at 212. Making progress I will get there.

Shelia B Fortysomething Tribe

Contributorgold Shelia B I'm 44 years old and I look back at my life and wonder where the time went. My children are all grown up and starting there own lives with work and school and marriages. And praying everyday they don't have kids right now. I hope they enjoy life and explore life before all that. In my 20's I started my family and was a lot thinner then then I am now and I wonder why I ever let myself get where I am now. I'm getting a lot healthier and exercising and enjoy life. I feel wonderful and I think I look healthier now then I did in my 20's and 30's and I plan on improving my health and living the way I feel. Like a big kid.who will never grow up.

Contributorgold Jon S I'm feeling better than I did in my 20s-I'm training more, I'm careful with what I eat and have got a thinner waist than when I was in my teens. I always struggled with my weight when I was in my childhood-ate the wrong things as most kids do but am a lot healthier now. I just wish I'd taken more of an interest in my younger days!!

Contributorgold Murray S When I turned 40 I had quite a hard time with it. No party, no nothing. This week I turned 45, and even though I guess now I’m closer to 50 then 40, I feel great, and am so enjoying where my life is right now. Celebrate being forty something everyone and live life to the fullest!!!!

Heather B Fortysomething Tribe

Contributorsilver Heather B I am at 571/1000 miles for the year. Today I did p90x again. I should have never quit that. I was doing so good with that then I stopped and now using muscles I haven't used. Need to keep it up.

Contributorsilver Heather B Upper body workout with weights, dips, and various machines. Also one mile on elliptical. I didn't add in the other times but I am up to 342 miles out of 1000 for the year.
