Contributorbronze Brenda G Hi there, I hope you are well. For full body training i will do at least an hours kettlebell a week, i also use 10kg free weights daily for a quick 20mins incorporating lunges, squats, bicep curls, triceps, shoulder press and fly. I aslo try to do at least one Metafit class a week, (HIT) using only body weight.. Im on the constant lookout for new workout ideas so any tips/ideas are gratefully welcome..
