Contributorgold Sue B If you feel a cold comming, you can try this natural remedy. It consists of spices that you normaly have in your home. Mix the dry powder of 1 tsp Mustart, 1 tsp Ginger, 1 tsp Tumeric, 1tsp Cayenne pepper, 1tsp Cinnamon together. Keep in a airtight container. Drink half teaspoon of this mix like a tea, as hot as you can, a few times during the day until you are healthy again.


Here is my recipe, quite similar: Lemon juce, Hot rhum in hot water + Suggar+ Cinnamon, Ginger, Cayenne pepper, Black Pepper. It is Hot, and the cold is away
